Purchased a LG charger for my daughters phone. We had it not even a month and it broke. Went to return it hoping for a replacement not a refund, and PABLO would not give us either. THIS is not very good customer service, i also work retail and deal with returns and damages everyday. He was appling that my daughter was to forceful with the plug in and would not take the charger back. He calls himself a store manager. I was not impressed. We will NOT go back there nor will i refer my customers to RADIO SHACK in Helena, MT.
