Direct Jewelry Outlet, 2658 Niles Cortland Rd. Niles, OH buys stolen jewelry. My stolen jewelry had been sold there. I was shown affidavits and picture ID's of the thief. Was told to bring papers from Niles prosecutor, I live in another city, and all information and restitution would be made. A detective from my city went there and he was told, they, Direct Jewelry Outlet, had nothing that belonged to me! Then I was told, " you have to get over this!" Later, I was told, " Your jewelry has been melted."
No restitution has ever been made and I am not over this! I feel the two women that own Direct Jewelry Outlet share the same morals as the thief that robbed me! Currently, the thief is incarcerated. I know I am not the first, second or third person to have been violated by this career criminal as well as have my precious heirlooms become the property of Direct Jewelry Outlet. This dishonesty repulses me!
Of course, I seek justice but I seem to have no rights, so this is my voice!
