On 2/17 around 12.30 pm I went to Richmond Costco on Central avenue to check on a pair of shoes. When I saw a pair of shoes which was the correct size of the pair I bought and was wearing I thought I must return it later and buy the correct. Of course I was checking on the pair. Once I found the correct size I return to the same shelf and was walking out of costco. At the exit two guys showed me and said let, s go to the office. In the office they said that I upgraded a pair of shoes and it in camera. I said I was checking on but never upgraded. They suspended my membership too.
There was another woman wrote a report and said you have being arrested and release on a misdemeanor theft.
This is a false, baseless and unjustifiable allegation and nothing have being proved of any magnitude.
The arrest was unlawful and illegal.
