After dragging their feet and falsely promising any action, today I received a note from Stainsafe that they are closing my claim because of "consumer not meeting their obligation to call in within the appropriate time frame as stated in their replacement letter".
I have called and they have never delivered on their obligation.
Can't we get a class action suit going. This is way too brazen of an insurance fraud to let it go. And I see a lot of people being involved. I am not a lawyer, but I suspect that the problem with Stainsafe is common is worth pursiong.
I'm planning to go to Small CLaims Court or seek any other legal or publicity route.
