I purchased a 7year warranty on my furniture from levitz in modesto, ca on 7/19/01, the warranty is from stainsafe in palm beach gardens, fl.
I called stainsafe on or about mid may claim #990675 on 7/01/05 i received a post card from stainsafe denying the claim. They stated i did not send the required paper work.
I have filled 2 more claims on the 2 chairs due to tears & ripes claims #1018480 & #1063979. On 11/30/05 a svc tech looked at the chair, he called stainsafe & talk to raul he agreed that it did need to be relpaced, raul stated he was authorized to settle with me for less than $200.00. I stated not acceptable to me. He stated to it colud take up to a year to get my money back. Istated to him it was ok, as i was going out of state in jan 06 for 3 mons.
On 12/14/05 i filed another claim on the other chair claim #1109857 i talk to bonita, she she would filed it with the other claims. On 4/24/06 i received a letter from stainsafe denying al l claims on both chairs.
