IBNtel is a rip off company in every sense of the word! They over bill, billing for calls you never made or received, and then when I tried to cancel my account, they keep billing me and making excuses. I canceled my account three months ago and there is a call on a Feb bill they expect me to pay, plus several dollars in taxes for a once cent charge!
If you are looking for the absolute worst people to deal with for phone service, people who will steal and lie and never do as they promise, this is the company for you. If you want an honest carrier, do not go anywhere near IBNtel!
