I would strongly recommend that sales agents and reps speak to all parties and attorneys involved. Then make your decision based on all the facts. However, if it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck... You guessed it! But with all the complaints and rebuttals on this website, along with the fact that there have been no responses to the court from EVO Merchant Cooperative, in addition, they keep dodging the process servers, well you decide.
