Aguado Stone has many trucks loaded with stone driving up and down the interstate. They do not cover them and stones are frequently flying off their trucks.
One of their stones shattered my windshield and injured my passenger. Three times they gave me false insurance information. I filed a complaint with DPS and finally got the correct insurance information which is Fireman's Fund Insurance Company.
In spite of the obvious damage to my vehicle and injured passenger Fireman's has refused to pay for my vehicle.
Do not do business with Aguado Stone. They have complete disregard for human life by not covering their trucks filled with stone, allowing stone to fly out of their trucks on the highway. They are going to kill someone. If they do harm you and damage your property they will NOT take responsibility.
If you know anyone building a home or pool urge them not to do business with Aguado Stone - they are ripoffs! Fireman's Insurance is dishonest and unethical in my opinion as well. They denied my claim without talking to me or my witness.
