The mylar that I purchased for my wife on Valentine's Day was never delivered. I was told when I called that when the delivery driver got out of the vehicle, the mylar just "blew away". I was promised on several follow-up calls that the mylar was "on it's way". No mylar has been delivered. My wife called today and no return phone calls. Unfortunately, lesson learned. The business makes promises that they don't intend to keep. I'm disappointed and just wanted to share my experience so that others don't have their special days ruined.
