I ordered flowers on-line for my daughter's 16th birthday. I wanted it to be really special for her so I added a larger greetings card and a large mylar balloon to my order. I received an e-mail confirmation and was billed accordingly.
The flowers arrived, without the card, without the balloon. After a shortwhile, the delivery guy came back to give the card which he said he forgot earlier. Still no balloon. I called the florist and after putting me on hold twice for a long time, I was able to speak to a woman who asked for my name, invoice number and phone number so she could get back to me after she has verified what had happen to my order.
When I didn't get a call back, I called them again the next day. This time, the guy who answered the phone told me that I shouldn't be calling for complaints but should send an e-mail instead. He gave me their e-mail address and I did send them an e-mail detailing my complaints. Two days passed, no reply to my e-mail.
I called them again and the same guy put me on hold twice again for lenghty times. The third time, it was the woman who answered and after telling her again of my complaints, I demanded to speak to their manager because nothing is being done. She told me that the guy who had been putting me on hold was the manager himself. No wonder their services is so bad... With a manager like that!
