ORdered Flowers and a mylar Balloon for a total of $48 including $18 to have flowers and Balloon deliverd. Flowers arrived and not balloon. Immediately called Gerald Boeh Flowers Inc and informed them that the balloon was not delivered. They offered a $4 credit for the balloon, but I replied that I wanted the person receiving the flowers to receive the balloon along with the flowers and could they please deliver the balloon since I had paid for it. Gerald Boeh Flowers Inc, replied that they would deliver the balloon the next day since they were too busy to deliver it today and they were not going to send a delivery truck for a $4 balloon even though they had already been paid to deliver both the flowers AND the balloon. I stated if they were going to delivery the balloon the next day, then they should also give the $4 credit. They stated that they were not going to do that. I replied, I understand, I paid for the order, you have my money and I am just not important enough of a customer for you to rectify your error on a timely basis since it will cost you money to fix it. The call then ended.
