We boarded our dog there for the weekend. The owner told us he was open until five, but when showed up to reclaim our dog he refused to give him to us. We were told to come back 4 hours later even though he was right there and would have only taken a minute to get him from his kennels less than 50ft away in his backyard. When I insisted that he return my dog at once, he used profanity and threatened me with injury if I did leave his property. It was a misunderstanding about his hours, but rather than give us back our dog since we were already there, made us wait four hours. When we were eventually able to retrive our dog, he had several red marks and was filthy. I would not even take a dog I didn't like back to that guy.
