This company on three separate occasions charged me for a bath that they did not give my dog. They refused to give me my money back and told me to bring him back in and they would bathe him. I refuse to let them touch him again. They also cut and burned him with the razor and tried to tell me that he bit himself. How can a dog bite himself under his arms? This place is not a loving and caring place for our animals. All they care about is making money.
