The service center in Albany messed up my phone. It now does things it never did before. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive clock. They messed me up monthly. The company rep who serviced my phone also apparently did not like my attitude as he teminated my service which was already paid for leaving me as a customer 100 miles from home with no phone. The courtesy of the neandrothal at the store was lower than that of my pet iguana. I would rather sleep with cockroaches than have to deal with scum like these company reps.
They're a company with millions of dollars in mothly billing in the east coast alone yet they have the balls to say hey it's now your $279.00 problem not ours. Since when is scatches from a sprint provided phone case and paint wear considered physical damage (I guess it all depends on what store you are in yet as a manufacturer they don't think it is) as of yet my problem have not been resolvd and I presume it will remain in sprint limbo forever.
If they all don't fix it they gonna meet a psychologically disturbed person not just the slightly irritated person who stood in the store for 20 mins letting potential customers know how bad sprint phones and service are.
