Well, I am a Contractor in Dallas Ft Worth area, was ordered to repair a leaking pump on Christmas eve for Affordable Home Protection Services from Austin, Texas, by employee Jeremy, to service one of their home warranty protected customers in Frisco, Texas, their covered customer, WE were told to evaluate the problem, then upon our report back to them concerning the discovered problem an approval code to repair was issued via email, we recorded via video, both the first evaluation session and the repair service calls and the work performed, we completed the repair, which was an emergency repair of a leaking pool pump at the holidays doorstep, Christmas EVE, upon completion of repair and video documentation, invoiced for the requested payment, was given, by employee Jeremy a credit card for payment.
Within days it was disputed as fraud, we have contacted Jeremy, said it was a mistake, they were not sure what was being charged on their card on Christmas eve, but Jeremy assured us it was a mistake on their part, would be clarified.
And here we are in Feb. it has not been made right, ignored, no return calls, no action. So we will go to the Home Owner for payment. So if you want a home warranty company that puts you in debt., takes your money, ignores your calls these are the guys for you. Merry Christmas.
