Do not use this moving company! I thought because they were licensed and insured, they would be ok. As soon as you contact them, they will contact you everyday until they get your business. They will quote you one rate and before unloading your furniture to your new residence, they will jack it up to almost double the amount. They do not give you a "Not to Exceed" rate until AFTER you sign their paperwork. They will quote you one price which includes packing tape, furniture pads and wardrobe boxes and then when you have to pay (before your items are unloaded) they will charge double and won't tell you what the charges are for. I have asked for an itemized list of packing materials they are overcharging me for and to this day, I have not received it. I disputed with my CC company and they cannot do anything because my signature is on all documents... All signatures are required BEFORE they move you. They will not unload your furniture until you pay the "upcharged" amount. I have never dealt with a ruder company in my life. When my cc company was on the phone trying to resolve this, we were both SCREAMED at and couldn't get a word in edgewise. Please look at the ratings (or lack thereof) on the Better Business Bureau website. I'm surprised they are in business. I am taking further action with this... But buyer beware!
