I am very dissatified with the way your company handled my moving situation. First of all the truck you sent was too small for the move. I distinctly remember telling you that I have a five-plus bedroom house. The movers had to disassemble the majority of my furniture in order to get it to fit on the truck. This took way too much time. They had furniture spread out on the front lawn at least four hours trying to figure out how to load it, and they still left some things behind that I'll have to figure out a way to move myself.
Too add insult to injury, I had to borrow $1700 from my mother because you charged me $3000 in packing materials. Do realize how many cardboard boxes, tape and wraping material can be bought for $3000? That is just Highway Robbery.
I intend to report this to the Better Business Bureau and possibly take your company to small claims court. I have moved several time in my life, but I've never been ripped off like this before. I'm very dissatisfied with you and the way I was taken advantage of.
This is a copy of the e-mail I sent to them after the move. I'm pleased to see other people have had complaints about this company. I had to hire another company to finish the move. They cleverly placed the price list for the packing materials under other documents I had to sign. I would not have agreed to pay $35.86 for a cardboard box. I had to pay $3266.97 for cardboard boxes and tape. The driver refused to give me a copy of the prices for tha packing material. They did not finish reassembling my furniture, and some thay assembled backwards. I have hired moving companies before and I have moved several times in my life. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
