Tony, the owner of JT Appliance, inc. Charged me a total of $475 to fix a freezer which is still broken. He refuses to either fix the freezer or give my money back. He's an incompetent technician and does not know how to diagnose the problem the first time. He was three times and every time he claimed something different which would cost more money. It would have been cheaper to buy a new freezer, had he known how to diagnose the problem correctly the first time.
