Never do business with this company. They were supposed to repair my freezer door. They needed to order the door brand new from Whirlpool. The first door came in damaged. They ordered a new door. That door came in damaged. After waiting six weeks for the third door to come in, I started calling once to twice a week to figure out where my door is. After 10 weeks, I got Whirlpool and this horrible company on the phone on a 3 way call. We found out that the door was in the Quality Appliance warehouse for SEVERAL WEEKS! Now, about two months later, I have found condensation building in side my freezer. I tried to figure out why, and it was because there is a gap between the gasket on the freezer door and the freezer itself. Quality Appliance is saying that there is nothing they can or will do unless I pay them to come out again. Whirlpool thinks it is because the door was improperly installed. SHOULDNT THEY CHECK THIS BEFORE THEY LEAVE? They told me that they would warranty my part and service for 1 year. If they tell you this, GET IT IN WRITING, because they now saying that they will only cover me up to 30 days. Rip off!!!
