Alagasco (Lord understands why) ceased removing cash from my lender some weeks before. I wrote them e-mail (never returned) and created telephone calls (never returned) to ask about the problem. Since I have had signed up for paper-less expenses, it switched that I had been not getting document bills possibly; alternatively, a contact with that read "click below to determine your statement" but there is nowhere to press. I really could not sign in into my online consideration since I have didn't recall my code and identification, didn't have any document or URL where you can get my bill number possibly, plus they didn't reply the telephone.
All and all, they reduce my gasoline support, today they need me to pay for a reconnection charge of $50-plus $179 safety deposit in case my service is cutout again.
