Never recieved my order and no response from company Internet

I placed an order on 12/9. Was told it would be here the week of 1/9. It is 1/31. Still don't have it and I never heard back from the company until at least 1 to 2 weeks after I sent an email. Now I don't hear from them at all. Beware of ordering from them. I am out $132.
