Will not pay for completed survey I did... Won't respond to email

I received an email asking me to complete a 15 min survey and I would be emailed a certificate to Starbucks. I completed the survey and got nothing. So I replied to the email asking for my certificate. No response. I emailed a second time. No reponse. They have my completed survey, I have nothing!
