I was extremely upset with the way my order was handled.
First of all, I had to pay a ridiculous shipping fee from the US to Canada for 5 items. I got an email the morning after I placed the order saying that they have refunded me for a certain amount, but nowhere did they say what I was being refunded for.
I tried to contact customer service, and I must say, their customer service is really bad. Not only did the customer service representative not answer the questions that I asked, they did not even respond to all of my messages. I wanted to know what I was being refunded for, which I think is a fair question, but I got no such answer.
Because I did not know what I would or would not be getting, I asked to cancel my order, since 2 of the 5 items I purchased were gifts, and the other 3 were items for myself I ONLY purchased because I figured I might as well if I'm paying for such high shipping fees.
In the end, I was unable to cancel my order, and I was not shipped any of the items I had really wanted to get.
Additionally, I was refunded for LESS than the actual amount I payed for the items I was not sent and got no sort of compensation for the shipping of items I never received. I ended up paying $60 for 2 items worth no more than $36 combined all because they couldn't update their system in time to let customers know they were out of stock of 3 different items.
Overall, I would NOT purchase from Merchnow again, and would NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone else, especially people in Canada.
