Good Old Phil Beniamino, who also owns a limousine service in Georgia name Hollywood Limos of Atlanta, came to see me about much cheaper processing rates. I trusted that he would be OK since he also owned the same type of business that I have. Beware of this man and anyone involved with Merchant Lynx. They must train their people to lie and tell clients that they are the Vice President of the company so their title sounds better.

Anyway, the guy came in, fast talking, rushed and ready to get out the door ASAP. He rushed me so much while I was trying to read the contract that I finally gave up. I looked him square in the eye and said "You are in this business and you know that we get ripped off regularly, Can I trust you"!!! Oh yes, I have been with merchant lynx for 4 years and I am not going anywhere, plus, I am in your business. Yeah right. Rip off report does not have enough server space for me to document every experience that I have had. These are the ones that I will warn you about.

They charged me a non compliance fee for PCI every month for over a year. $30.00 per month. They have you go to a website and fill out a questionnaire to become compliant. Unless you are a Harvard Grad, you can not understand this thing very well. I begged them to help me get it done. They kept telling me they would set up an appointment on the phone and we would get it done. Finally, over a year later, I got someone to help me.

They do not return phone calls and getting someone that actually knows what they are talking about on the phone is next to impossible. They have short, condescending attitudes and like to argue back with you.

Their fees seem to keep rising. I had another company evaluate my statement and when you add all of the different fees that are charged to me, I am paying over 7%.in addition, I am paying for a warranty fee on equipment that I do not have and have never had. $10.00 per month. I just got zapped with a 159.00 annual fee, yet there is no disclosure in my contract about that fee. When called about it, the rep became snooty and told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Ladies and Gents, this could go on for days. I am so worn out with these people and so distraught about the way they do business, I implore you to not do business with them.

If anyone knows of or starts a lawsuit against them, let me know. I have one more year to ride this out and I am gone. BTW, DO NOT get into an equipment lease with them. I did that with another company that I own and boy, you would not believe what he did to me with that one.

Phil, if you happen to read this, come to me face to face and tell me I am a liar. You will not because you know that I am telling the truth. Anyone that I have come in contact with that has dealt with or knows you, says your a very scummy person.
