Placed an order - order confirmed - credit card authorize - mysteriously order is lost & deleted from order status. No trace of order - horrible response time on email correspondence, customer service rep who blamed my bank for the "lost" order (I use that card every day). Site is down for "maintenance" almost once a day. Stay away - much better sites such as zulily to shop with.
