On Aug 1, I contacted Sir Cooper to inquire about having some flyers printed. I spoke with Jeff Hensless, Manager, who quoted the job and took the order which included my credit card number. According to him, the order would be held until the next day when I submitted final copy. Within seven hours (overnight) my project was cancelled. I contacted Jeff by e-mail and via telephone to tell him that the project was cancelled and he would not be receiving a final copy. Approx. Mid-night on Aug. 1 my credit card was charged with $375.00.in several follow-up calls and e-mails, Jeff promised to fix the problem.in my last communication with Jeff, he said that he didn't know why the company had not refunded me, but I should have my credit card company get involved. All attempts at contacting him has ended in no-response.
