Transmission Parts Distribution, Inc. Took an order for a transmission on 3/17/09. The amount was charged to our account on 4/17/09. We then started making phone calls to Mr. Jeff Madison as to the location of the transmission that now has been paid for.
Mr. Jeff Madison agreed to credit our account $500 for the delay in the transmisswsion delivery. It took until 6/23/09 to get a tracking number. We finally received the part and installed it. Only to find that the transmission was no good.
Mr. Madison told Mr. Wells that he would ship another transmission to an auto repair shop and now credit the full amount that had been charged to our account. It is now 9/15/09, no transmission, no credit and he will not answer his phone.
Mr. Jeff Madison has not kept his word on anything. The credit card company says that it had been over 60 days. We are disputing the charges on our credit card. This has not been resolved yet. And our truck is still not working. We have lost 6 months of income from this truck.
Jeff Madison needs to be held reliable for his actions.
