I just wanted to add I have talked to the billing department and the girl told me she was the last person I would be talking to today. This is rediculas now. They accepted my debit card for 3 years and then in Sept. 2011 they suddenly stopped accepting it, but yet it has come out of my checking account not once but 3 times. I don't have this type of money to be throwing around. I need help getting this straightened out.

I have been with Magicjack since day one and never had any trouble with them until starting back in Sept. This past year. I tried to order their new product that isn't tied to the computer but you still have to have broadband internet.
Needless to say, They send my information to the bank but I don't get a product from them. They want me to get another "credit card" to pay them. I refuse to pay for a credit card just so I can pay them.
This is what they do to me;

My phone will be cut off because I won't have paid it and as you can see, I have tried to. I am on line with customer service as I type this and I am not letting it go this time. I have been trying to deal with them since Sept for one reason or another.
We are not able to process your payment method. I ruined 1 1/2 pounds of beef waiting for customer service to come back on line. I am still waiting, I don't dare leave the computer because they tend to kill the connection if you don't respond right away.

By the way, I have paid my property taxes with this same card without a problem. Yes, I have enough money on the card because it is tied to my checking account.
