I mistakenly ordered a purse fom this company as I realized that the bags they are selling are not authentic after I placed the order. Within 10 minutes of placing the order, I emailed the company (no phone number is available) and requested that my order be canceled. I followed up for four days with four emails requesting the order be canceled as well as a response from the company.instead of responding to my emails, my card was charged despite my numerous requests to refund my money with the cancellation of the order.
