I sent a money order for $80.00 for the payment of a purse I ordered through www.flashytrend.com; which was $80.00 total for the purse & shipping. I sent the money order on June 30th & it took 2 months to receive a response from the company stating that it would be sent & that they were backed up on orders. Another month went by & their next response was that they misplaced my order but that it would be sent within the next week.
Meanwhile, I'm sending emails asking for the purse or the refund of my $80.00. I explained to the company that I am a stay-at-home mom of 5 kids & it took me about 1 year for save for the purse. I finally saved enough to get the purse I've been looking for & sent the money order, but was ripped off by Flashy Trend. With no regard for my situation of being ripped off.
When I placed the order I had to create a login name and password & my account was active for about 4 months. I could logon and see my order number and what I ordered but no date of shipment. Since then my account was deleted and now I can't even login as a valid customer. Fortunately, I have all the emails this company has sent to me & I intend on continuing to contact them until I get my money back. I no longer want the purse I want my money back!
I would like somekind of justice in this situation. How many other people has this company ripped off? I don't want anything more but to get my $80.00 back & to be able to get another purse from a company that will not ripp me off. Because this is an internet company they must think that they can steal from people and not be held responsible for the money they have stolen. There is unfortunately no phone number to call or I would be calling daily to get my money back.
Today is November 1 and it has been 5 months & this order was placed through this company. They are still in the internet as a legitimate website that sells Louis Vuitton purses.
