Never buy from Keen Tile, Inc.in Peoria or Normal, IL! Worst experience I have ever had with a tile company! The merchandise was broken. They slipped in hidden fees (shipping and handling), and never told me of the fees until I reviewed my receipts. I was never told my order was a Special Order and that there are "No Returns or Exchanges" until the day I came to pick up the tiles. Terrible costumer service soon followed when I confronted Keen Tile, Inc. About the poor quality of the tiles. Not only were ALL the tiles cracked and chipped, there was an extreme color difference between the tiles themselves. When I brought back the tiles the Keen employee told me to put water on the tiles and then the color will darken. Overall, they were not professional in the least bit.in my opinion, they are buying damaged tiles from the tile outlets and then trying to sell them as high-end products. If unsatisfied customers return the tiles they still made money on their 25% restocking fees.
