I bought a pair of boots from Aldo Milpitas (the store ordered it online for me). When the boots arrived, I needed an extra punched hole on the top strap, so I went back to Aldo Milpitas the next day. The lady in the register (Joanne) said "It will be final sales once I make an extra hole on the strap." After that, I looked around the store for new shoes, I found out the boots I bought which just got the extra hole was on sale for 30% off. I went back to the register (Joanne) asking her for price adjustment since I just got the boot yesterday by mail. I can just return the boot and repurchase it for a lower price. This is what she said: "Sorry, I have punched an extra hole on the boot, so it's not returnable. I have told you that if I punch an extra hole, it will be final sale" I can't believe it that she tricked me at the beginning instead of telling me that the boots is on sale now. What a VERY LOW customer service. I will never buy anything from Aldo.
