Advantage Telecom was on my Frontier bill for better phone deals, whick has turned into a nightmare. They took control of business long distance line so when we couldn't dial cell numbers or long distance, I called Frontier. That was when I was informed of the situation.
I immediately called Advantage and was told USBI had the account, which I called and complained about the take-over. They said they would cancel the service but now I'm still being billed. Frontier are trying to help - this is an ongoing headache. They lied about their rates and charges and service.
