The website offered a 3 day free trial, after which your credit card will be automatically charged a full month's membership as a "courtesy". I signed up on Sunday for the free trial. I saw that it wasn't to my liking so at 3:00 on Monday (the following morning) I sent a cancellation request through the website and through an email. This is how the website instructs you to proceed for cancellaton. I followed up with daly emails and calls to the phone number provided, all with no response.
So now there is a charge for an upgrade to full membership on my card! Of course, still waiting for any type of response.
