Jagoda assoc sd4me na charged my credit card 53.01 for a memebership that i didn't sign up for

Sugar daddy for me was offering a Free 3 day membership.in order to receive your FREE 3 DAY membership. A credit card had to be used. I signed up for a Free 3 day membership. They charged my credit card 53.01. They won't and don't return email messages. Nor does the number they have displayed for a contact work. Number out of service. I want my refund. They won't respond at all.
