ESBI esbi fraudulently charged my telephone bill for voice mail that was rendered by my telephone company

This company, Enhanced Services Billing Inc (ESBI) is fraudulently charging customers for services that are be rendered by the telephone company as a third party vendor. They are stating that they received permission via the internet to do such. To give my home number as a 1800 number by voice mail.
