Enhanced Services Billing, AT&T ESBI Cramming On-line Nationwide

Got monthly phone bill from AT&T with a charge of $14.95 from Enhanced Services Billing, In. C on behalf of Transcendent Corp - Internet Access Mo Fee. I have had the same internet provider for years and it is not Transcendent Corp. AT&T says they cannot remove charges, and I just get automated messages from Transcendent Corp.
