I am a small business that opened in November. We thought signing up with Groupons would give s good exposure.instead its costing us tons of money and stress. There sales people lied to us they have you sign a generic contract then use it against you. I didnt want to sell more than 100 deals because we had never done this. They sold 204. Wr tried to stop them they told us no they would not cap it. They don't pay on time they remove terms and conditions after your deal so customers get pissed at us when we can't honor their request. Example: The groupon is supposed tobe used all at once at time of service. Groupon removed that clause from their website because they took on other clients who they sold deals for that can take multiple visits. They never told us nor did they send us a letter to talk to customers about. Customers have been yelling at s constantly. They suck and rip off everyone. I am suing them and hope everyone else does to. We need to Unite and stop letting these companies ripoff America. They are greedy bastards!!
