DSL Service, Poor And Incompetent Service Incompetent and poor service representatives

Spend 2 hours with over 10 service representatives (supervisors, managers) for a SIMPLE problem of UPGRADING existing DSL service order of Express Package to Pro Package. One service representative, named Lynnette, treated me like I was an imbecile. Two hours! Over 10 representatives (too many to remember)! SBC needs to re-train their entire staff or if this is how they truly do business—to frustrate and cause resentments in their customers—I hope they go bankrupt.
