On 5/30/04 I ordered a funeral wreath for my brothers funeral on 6/4/04. When I got to the funeral home, I saw that my order was not there. I called and was told that my credit was not approved and they left me a message. They did not! I left them 2 numbers that my husband and I have 24/7 accesss, no message. I also had confirmation that the charge was put thru on Wed 6/1/04 when making airline plans. The Credit Card co. Called to onfirm these purchases.
I am making a complaint to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. They should not get $300.00 for their lies and stress they caused me and my family.
