We are a small mattress manufacturing company that does a lot of contract work for colleges & military & other asst. Businesses. We were contacted by Ralph Johnson @ Contract division to do some $20,000 worth of work & ship to 2 universities - all in a 2 - 3 week period of time.
The first job was sent a distance away & claims that they did not get what was ordered, so they were not going to pay. They have yet (more than 6 months ago) to return the mattresses to us OR pay for them. Ouch of $11,560.00 The second one went out & was received by another University $8700.00 - they paid per contract to Contract Division, but We have NEVER recieved any payment even though we KNOW that the university paid them (from the University itself). Have since turned them into Collections & after being ignored, well it's off to Legal. Bottom line here - DEAD beats & slime balls. They made money off of our backs while we paid for the materials, labor & shipping...
