Be aware you must pay shipping charges for the replacement of a defective mattress or box spring that is delivered to your home. This includes manufacturing defects that are not visually detectable upon delivery. Be aware this clause is clearly stated in the sales contract you are required to sign. Bottom line, I paid $2021.98 for a product that is less than satisfactory. I chose to refuse the replacement item. There was no guarantee it would be any better and I would have another estimated $100 delivery charge tacked on. Based upon my experience, Iyou should probably be concerned about the Simmons Mattress peoples product quality.
