C/o Eriks Rinkis Had 70% renovation done, received 85% payment, stoped working, vandalised job done earlie

Reported company signed a contract with me to renovate my apartment during three month period.
I paid requested down payment, then was paying weekly. Aside from that, I paid in advance for materials.

In two and a half month only about 70% of renovation was done and about 85% of the money paid, plus materials paid in full. The rest of money was supposed to be paid in two parts by contract after completion of certain work.

Two weeks before contract's deadline, the contractor requested more money without completing agreed work. I had refused to pay for unfinished work.

Next day (Saturday) work was not allowed by Coop, but he went to my apartment and vandalized a part of the work done earlier: cut off electrical wires, dismounted appliances, destroyed window framing, took apart segments of the floor and disappeared. He called me on the phone and said that he knows the law and knows that there is nothing I can do against him.
