First, called to have automatic payment set in place. Then every month getting late fees because they didn't set it up. Called three times to get it set up and still never happened. So, I cancelled services after all the late fees and the lady being rude on the phone. It's been 3 months and still getting bottle water delivered to home and reminding them I cancelled their services 3 months ago. The lady said, "oh, the next delivery date we have scheduled is the end of this month." I'm furious...
