Yesterday purchase a bunch of flower via www.floraf.com. Hk for today delivery. This early morning, a very rude lady called to inform the order might delay till late 5 PM due to certain reason, she then told me that my payment hasn't been settled. I asked the lady why no one call me to follow up yesterday. She said they haven't received the payment anyway and reiterate the delivery time MUST BE LATE... She don't care about my feeling, sort of "take it or leave it!!!". Obviously I cancelled the order. What customerservice are they providing?
