I ordered a Christmas present for a friend who was in from out of town until New Years. This was January 10th. Christmas came and went and my items never arrived, at which point I started trying to contact the seller, in hopes that my gift might be here by January 2nd before my friend left the state again.
Nope. After two emails (really, why send any more than that if they're not replying?) and at least a dozen calls, I've still yet to hear ANYTHING back from them. It is now January 3rd and I'm going to have to UPS the gift to my friend. That is, if it gets here at all. I am giving it another week before I file a complaint with my bank and attempt to get my money back, which seems unlikely.
