Ought sprint cell phone, had trouble from the begining more trouble but i was tied in a 2 yr contract. Had to buy a new one last october that cost me 160.00 even though it was under guarantee even with the new phone i keep getting cut off blocked out.
I complained with no results every time i tell them, they send me to massachutes, when i live in rhode island and the sprint store is 2 streets away from me i did go to massachusetts and after waiting 3 hours they tell me nothing is wrong and gave me a tap dance.
I called customer service and they will do nothing. My new phone that is under guarantee is of no use to me and i will never advise anyone to bye from sprint. My husband is sick and my son also and i have to pray when i try to make a call. Will someone please help me at customer service i asked for a supervisor and waited 28 minutes no one ever came on they are very bad to do business with they don't care
