I am on my third Sim, which was delivered to wrong address and now ST says they sent a bad Sim. Going on three weeks without phone service. STsaid they would keep my number from virgin but assigned a new one. Doesn't matter tho, because phone doesn't work. They send me ina. E emails asking me what number I was assigned, then when I begged them to just make my phone work, they emailed me "it is clear that you don't care what your number is". Well, come on. Push comes to shove, just make it work. I have a small child with a medical condition and her school needs to contact me. This is my only contact! All this while I have been charged TWICE for December and had no service.
I am a nurse, and if I treated my patients this way, they would literally be dead. Sorry patient, I gave you the wrong medicine (Sim card). Or I will give you your heart medicine in a few weeks. This is not ok. I made an FCC complaint. Maybe it will help.
