Kyle secured a contract from me to build a house in West Yarmouth, Mass by using someone else's license information, and bogus references. He had me wire him the money because he had already paid the subcontractors and had to cover his checks that were already written. He never pulled the permit and had not written any checks at that point for the Subs. He paid for the excavation. He stiffed the foundation company out of $8000. He stiffed the dumpster rental company out of $2000. He stole over $40,000 from me. Kyle has numerous warrants out for his arrest for larceny and theft. The police will not prosecute if a contract is written and he attempts to fulfill the contract. He has two guys drive him from place to place so he is not picked up on his outstanding warrants. He is a liar and a thief. He stold my money two weeks before Christmas while my wife was undergoing cancer treatment. He is Scum. Went to High School in framingham, mass.
