We worked for Kyle for 1 year, in that time, we were never late, took all the loads that were offered to us and in the beginning thought that we were really doing great. Then payday came around, oh did I say payday, with all that we had to pay we never had a payday, we paid for fuel, tolls, permits, when all this was taken out, we had nothing, we were borrowing from Kyle to live, by the time we paid back that and all the extras that a truck needs. If it wasn't for a credit card we would have starved to death working 24 hrs a day. Kyle was good to loan to keep the truck going down the road, so he would loan us to pay tolls and when the day came to get paid, we got very little or owed him.
The fuel surcharge was held to the 16th of the following month which by then it all went to pay bills and payback what we had to borrow to live. So it was a never ending cycle, start with nothing and end with nothing, and Kyle was sitting pretty. John fixed most of the things that went wrong with the truck that he could and it saved Kyle lots of cash, so we finished our year and went looking for a different truck owner, and now we are very happy with our new company, we still drive for Panther and have no complaints with them, Kyle at Expedite Solutions is the worst company I have ever worked for. We found out over the year that we worked for him that there are a lot of good owners out there, thats why Kyle tells his drivers, "Don't talk to other drivers." He knows if you talk to other drivers, you will learn just how bad you have it. He takes advantage of people who want into the driving business and don't know any better.
